Rivers casino rosemont

Twin River hosts a 23-Table Poker Room on our smoke-free Casino on the 2nd Floor. Twin River Casino offers two basic poker games: 7-Card Stud and Texas Hold’em. Texas Hold’em can be played either as a limit game, in which the size of all the bets is structured or as No Limit, in which a player can bet all their chips at any time.

Blackjack

In Blackjack, the aim of the game is for the total value of your cards to be closer to 21 than the dealer’s cards, without going over 21. Number cards are worth their face value, face cards are worth 10 and aces are worth either 1 or 11.

Roulette

American Roulette is a casino game where players spin a wheel and predict the number/color where the ball will come to rest. There are Inside Bets where one bets on the inner part of the table and Outside Bets where one bets on the outside parts of the table. Each table has a minimum and maximum wager limit and players can bet any money within these limits.

Craps

The ‘Come out Roll’ refers to the opening roll in a round of craps. The point is established only if the dice totals 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10. A come out roll worth 2, 3, 7, 11 or 12 terminates the round immediately. Once the point has been determined, an ‘ON’ puck will be positioned on the point. The dice will then continue to be rolled until a player either matches the point or rolls a 7.

Baccarat

The aim of Baccarat is to assemble a hand with a point value totaling as near to 9 as possible. Aces are worth 1, 10′s and picture cards are worth 0 whilst all cards from 2-9 retain their face value. If the value of the hand amounts to a two-digit total, disregard the first digit. The last digit represents the baccarat point value.

Three Card Poker

Three Card Poker is a game where you can make multiple bets on your hand. Ante, Pair Plus and the new 6 Card Bonus. The Ante Wager plays against the Dealer’s hand. The Pair Plus is optional and wins with a Pair or Better. The 6 Card Bonus uses the Dealer’s Cards and your cards to make the best 5 card hand and wins with three of a kind or better and pays 1000 to 1 for a Royal Flush!

Spanish 21

Spanish 21 is a fast-paced variation of blackjack that has become increasingly popular. The game is played on a standard blackjack table. The main difference between Spanish 21 compared to blackjack is the removal of all 10′s in the decks. Jacks, Queens, and Kings remain, but all natural 10′s are removed from every deck used at the table.

Let It Ride™

Let It Ride™ is a five-card poker game. Players compete against a pay table, not against the dealers or other players. The game has three parts:

Basic game: Players win with a pair of 10′s or better.
$1 Bonus game: Winning hands vary.
3 Card Bonus: Players win with a pair or better (Players three cards only).

Pai Gow Poker

Pai Gow Poker is played with a standard 52-card deck plus one joker. After making a bet, each player is dealt seven cards and must make two poker hands: A standard five-card poker hand and a two-card poker hand. The five-card hand is often called “behind”, or the “bottom,” “high,” or “big” hand, while the two-card hand is called “in front”, “on top”, or the “small,” “minor,” or “low” hand.

Update as of November 30, 2020

Governor Gina Raimondo recently announced Rhode Island would enter into a two-week, statewide pause to try to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Part of that two-week pause is the closure of entertainment venues, including Twin River and Tiverton Casino Hotel.
For that reason, we will close at 10 pm on Sunday, November 29th, with the expectation that circumstances will allow us to reopen on Monday, December 14th at 6am.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience to you, our valued guest. That said, the State’s efforts to contain the COVID-19 virus are of critical importance and all of us at Twin River are committed to doing all we can to contribute to that goal.

Please check our website(s) often for updates on our reopening – twinriver.com and twinrivertiverton.com

Update as of November 8, 2020

We reopened our Lincoln and Tiverton casinos on a limited basis on Monday, June 8 at 10am. The health and safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority and we look forward to welcoming ALL of our guests back. As of Tuesday, June 30 both casinos are now open to the public. Additionally, select table games are now available as well. We have created the guide below to walk you through the new protocols we have put in place to ensure a safe reopening for those visiting during these initial phases.

PHASE 2 REOPENING GUIDELINES & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

The Highlights

Entry to the casino will require your driver’s license (or valid photo identification). It’s critically important that we reopen with strict crowd control measures in place. During this phase, we expect capacity to be limited by State capacity guidelines. We will offer slot machines at a safe distance separated by plexiglass or at least six feet apart, and we will offer virtual/stadium table games, with limited seating capacity and live table games (excluding craps) with plexiglass dividers. Our Hotel, Fitness Center, Racebook, Valet, and Entertainment offerings will remain CLOSED while we reimagine ways to effectively address safety concerns in those confined spaces. Our food court will be open with limited seating capacity and we will offer limited bar service in disposable cups. Our daily hours of operation will be Sunday – Thursday from 6am – 10pm and Friday and Saturday from 6am – 10:30pm. Property-wide cleaning will commence daily.

Upon Your Arrival

All of the parking lots will be open as well as the North & West entrances. Valet service will not be immediately available. Please self-park and make your way to the entrance of your favorite gaming room. Please have your face mask on as they are mandatory for all guests and staff. If you are unable to bring one, one will be provided to you. Once at the entrance, you will be greeted by security staff who will conduct a non-invasive temperature check via thermal cameras. Any guest or team member with a temperature above 100.4 degrees will not be allowed entry on that day. Team members whose responsibilities require direct contact with guests may be wearing gloves, but guests are not required to do so.

ONCE INSIDE

We encourage you to make use of the increased hand sanitizers placed at entry and exits, the casino floor and elevator landings. Sanitizing wipes will also be provided throughout the property to allow guests to clean common areas before touching. Just as we are all doing on a daily basis, guests must practice social distancing by staying six to ten feet away from other guests. The same is true while standing in lines, using elevators, kiosks, ATMs or moving around the casino floor. Remember, play smart and stay apart. We have lots of new signage strategically placed throughout the property to remind you of social distancing protocols, to guide you in the event a line is forming, and the location and import of frequently using the sanitizers provided. You might notice a lot more of our team members, including our Clean Team, on the casino floor. They are there for two important reasons: to continuously clean every nook and cranny of the casino floor, and to assist you with one-on-one guidance. Don’t hesitate to call on them with questions and concerns – we want you to have an enjoyable time while you’re with us.

Smoking, including vaping, in the casino will not be allowed. Instead, we have created an outdoor area outside our main entrance to accommodate our guests. Please refrain from smoking in any area of the casino. You will be required to follow the same steps you followed during arrival and go through the screening process to be allowed re-entry into the casino.

BEHIND THE SCENES

We think you should know what we’re doing behind the scenes to keep you safe and healthy while you’re visiting with us. Most of those efforts start and stop with the comprehensive training our team members have received over the last few weeks, including infectious disease and sanitation protocols to further ensure guest and team member safety. Team members have been provided instructions on responding and reporting all presumed cases of COVID-19 on property to the RI Department of Health. Just as importantly, you are asked to contact their supervisor if you notice a coworker or guest with known symptoms of COVID-19. Team members and guests who are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 while at the property are instructed to immediately notify their manager and promptly leave the property. If we are alerted to a presumptive case of COVID-19 on property, we will work with and follow the appropriate actions recommended by the Rhode Island Department of Health. We have put in place a host of “back of house” protocols for our employees.

The protocols include:

· Hand sanitizing stations and increased handwashing for all team members

· Daily screening for COVID-19 symptoms · Mandatory masks or face shields

· Disinfecting system for cards, dice and tiles

· Cleaning and disinfecting of the casino cages, touchpoints and guest-facing areas on an ongoing basis

· Social distancing · Enhanced educational signage

· Installment of temporary plexiglass in areas where staff have to interface with our guests

We apologize for any inconveniences that may occur from these temporary public safety measures, and we hope your enjoy your visit.
